The Shop is a one-stop-shop for residents’ most important needs to have the benefit of a simple lifestyle within the compound. Our partners include maintenance services, groceries, farms, bakeries and even pet food all to be ordered through our app and delivered to the doorstep.



Through our wallet button, residents will be able to know when maintenance fees are due, and ask for a courier to come and collect the money from the comfort of their home, additionally, residents will also receive notifications to remind them of installment cheques due soon



At Lyve, we want to make sure that management are always connected to their community. Communicate with residents via bulletin board and send group or individual notifications, alerts, and messages.



We are proud to say that we pioneered in access control of the gate pass solution. For safe, easy and hassle-free visits, the residents have an identity badge and can send QR codes through the Lyve app to their guests.
